Semester ticket

Negotiations on the new semester ticket for next semester have now come to an end – there will be a Germany-wide semester ticket in the summer semester!

Transition period (20.01. to 31.03.24): In the AVV area and on train routes from Aachen Hbf to Düsseldorf Hbf and Cologne Hbf, another person or a bicycle may now be taken along. (more detailed information at https://asta.ac./mitnahme)

Germany-wide semester ticket (from summer semester): From 01.04.24 you can use all buses, trains, suburban trains, trams, underground trains etc. throughout Germany where the Deutschlandticket is recognised. The semester ticket will be cheaper! Instead of €34 only €29.40 per month – but the take-along regulation will no longer apply. (more information on this at https://asta.ac/DT)
